    Fantastic customer service, Jack went out of his way to make the whole experience smooth and easy for us, I was really nervous when we first met as we hadn't used motobility before, but jack put me at ease and took the time to break everything down and explain how it all worked, I was looking for something specific to make driving comfortable and enjoyable again and that's what I got. From our test drive day to handover day everything was perfect. The communication when waiting for the car to arrive was great, always available to answer any queries. Handover day went again so smoothly, Jack took the time to explain everything and listened to my worries, sorted everything in the car that I wasn't sure of, set everything up for me, really appreciated the time he took and the car he helped us decide on is beautiful, it has made such a massive difference already. 10/10 Was so nervous about accessing motobility but would highly recommend Nissan Halbeath to others it is done with such respect and consideration, all staff we came in touch with were very welcoming and professional Thank you
