    When I went into the Skoda garage for the first time, Sonnie took me through all the options and gave me a lot of information. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He offered me a test drive of a manual car and automatic, as I was not sure what would be best. He was very open and honest about delivery times. After I decided to purchase through the West End Skoda garage, Sonnie kept me updated via email almost weekly. He answered any questions I had promptly.

    He was one of the reasons I decided to go with a Skoda car from that garage. Along with his colleagues they made me feel I was in very capable hands. His knowledge of the cars and the mobility scheme was far better and more than other garages I had visited.

    On the day of hand over, Sonnie spent more than half an hour in the car with me. He setup the Skoda app, showed me all the key functions and features. He later followed up with a phone call to see how I was getting on.

    This was my first motorbility car and had no idea what I wanted. I eventually visited skoda west end in dunfermline. The staff were interested in what I thought I needed for my disability. They gave me the time to decide, not pushy. Very welcoming and professional. I did the handover 2 days ago, I was very nervous. The whole process was easy and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thankyou for your patience and time
