The Park's Hyundai Team - Rating 2.0Jun 14, 2024The salesman for motabily was new, not an issue in its self but as a first time motabilty customer things felt a little disjointed. We made our application and feel we were given the impression our car would be available the following week. I called and left several messages and emails just looking for confirmation of collection date. Eventually got an email and the collection was 10 days away. While i appreciate 10 days isn't long in the grand scheme of things I told him I was selling my car and he didn't clarify even then our car would be at least 10 days. We felt a little misled. I am unable to have no car for this long. My son, the person in receipt of high rate mobility attends a school 10 miles away. This could have been avoided if he gave us realistic lead times right away. We were clear we pick this car basically because it was in stock. I cancelled our order and went to another dealer the email I received back from our salesman was quite abrupt.
