    We had a few serious issues with our car, nothing to do with the dealership…it all took a while to get sorted….i would say the communication wasn’t the best !

    Excellent customer service! All the staff at Douglas Park went over and above the call of duty to make you feel very welcome. Everyone was polite and attentive and everything happened according to plan. Care was taken to ensure i was familiar with all car features. In addition i was told “there is no silly questions” to stop by anytime if I wanted advice. I am absolutely delighted with the service from Douglas Park and my new car!
