*I had to cancel my order and Peter Vardy have been so unhelpful regarding my refund for the deposit it paid. I’ve had every excuse under the sun, Managers won’t even return my calls. Eight days later I am still waiting for my deposit. Use with caution. He said to be vack in 1 hr. I returned after this to be told another 20 minutes. Over an hour and half later still no car. I advised I need to collect a child from school and needed my car. 15 minutes later unwashed I got my car. No telephone updates nothing. Shocking service and advised of this to which was told he could not disagree and tried to apologies. Won't be using them again

Arranging car pick up and drop off was done but with an "oh don't know when or if that can be done" then go ahead and give date when it can be! When you sent out a courtesy car no one told me it was to be an automatic,no have you driven one, this is controls etc. Originally told car would be returned 3 to 5pm same day then informed next day! Called in complaining about service and was then told they would call back, did so to say car would be returned same day. From start to finish poor service no need to create so many pitfalls in what should be a straightforward process!
