- Rating 1.0Jun 12, 2024Wish I went elsewhere,very poor dealership .
1) Salesman said to me the car was being trailered up and day of pick up it had 367 miles on it,I then questioned the Salesman about the miles he called me a liar and demanded to see my emails for proof he said it was being trailered up no respect at all.
2)Due to the car being driven up the car was damaged chip on drivers door and light bar chip ,Salesman didn't mention the damage highlights the caliber of dealership I was dealing with.
3) Sales manager intervened and we came to a verbal agreement that they would repair the car,2 attempts later ,first repair was like a child had done it so called paint specialist done more like DIY and the second attempt nothing happened no staff to do it waste a whole day .
4)Met with the general manager of the dealership when I pick up car and his attitude towards customers is the reason you stay clear could not careless ,promised to personally deal with my problem ,promised to phone on the 10th June but surprise surprise nothing .
His attitude is right through the Macklin motor branch breaking vertu company statements he works under.
