    Complete lack of care and communication. Had the car the whole day just for a service and got the car back soaking wet with dirty footprint inside. No staff called back after I called them for an update

    The service part was fine. I am not impressed with the state the service book was left in the car. It was filthy and looked as though it had been stood on or handled with very dirty hands, numerous pages were affected. Also the car never got the Free wash & vac after the service. In all the years I have put cars in to be serviced this is the first time it’s not had a wash & vac. The ironic thing about it is in the booklet you receive after the service it states on it “Free wash & vac - to keep your car looking great after every visit to our workshop” This clearly doesn’t happen!
