    I scored them five out of five. Lauren Pettigrew set us at ease from the very beginning. She was able to answer all our questions and
    demonstrated her absolute understanding of the scheme. Lauren kept us informed of the progress of our new car all along. When we took possession of the car, she also demonstrated that she knew and understood the workings of it.
    She patiently explained everything for us. It was a pleasure to work along with Lauren.

    Very good 👍 very officiant being disabled I get a lot of brain fog , but they made everything clear and made sure I understood everything :) Steven was amazing he knew exactly what he was doing took his job very serious but also had a great sense of humour which relaxed me and made the whole handover process happy and fun at the same time.
