    Miles apart from last time we ordered. The last Motability guy left under a cloud it seems. This guy is the polar opposite. Super helpful without being pushy. Tailored his approach to meet the needs of our disabled son and our family. I gave you 1 star last time because the service was shocking. We were told 2-3 months max wait and had ZERO updates and 5 million lies. Ended up being 14 months wait. Wish he could have just been honest with us! This guy hasn’t promised anything. He was honest and couldn’t give an exact time scale, but a best estimate. Glad we dared give Regency Elgin one more shot. Would use again happily.
