- Rating 5.0Jul 9, 2024Andy made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first came to the garage to enquire about a mobility car. He also explained after I chose my car it would be about 4 months. He kept in touch with me the whole time and called to say my car was here and to set a date to pick it up and he was job sharing with Alistair and that's who I would see on Wednesday 3rd July 2024.
I arrived to pick up my car and was welcomed by another man, I didn't get his name, he gave me the keys to go and have a look around my car. He offered myself and partner a cup of tea and I waited for Alistair to come back. He arrived and I gave him my pin and explained everything about the insurance, kwik fit for tyres and any problems to call them. He took me out to the car and showed me all the controls and settings.
Both Andy and Alistair are very informative, they know what they're speaking about and both made me feel comfortable and at ease and treated us with respect.
