    Andy made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first came to the garage to enquire about a mobility car. He also explained after I chose my car it would be about 4 months. He kept in touch with me the whole time and called to say my car was here and to set a date to pick it up and he was job sharing with Alistair and that's who I would see on Wednesday 3rd July 2024.

    I arrived to pick up my car and was welcomed by another man, I didn't get his name, he gave me the keys to go and have a look around my car. He offered myself and partner a cup of tea and I waited for Alistair to come back. He arrived and I gave him my pin and explained everything about the insurance, kwik fit for tyres and any problems to call them. He took me out to the car and showed me all the controls and settings.

    Both Andy and Alistair are very informative, they know what they're speaking about and both made me feel comfortable and at ease and treated us with respect. I had a very good experience. 5⭐

    Really lovely, genuine guy (Andy). Can’t fault him whatsoever. Kept us in the loop all the time. No problems whatsoever. Car even came 3 months early so that was a bonus! Over the moon.

    The salesman was helpful and informative explaining every aspect of each car to us. He went through electric, hybrid and petrol cars and what I felt would most suit my needs. I was very happy with the service I received . He was non judgemental and I was nervous as I am a younger disabled person but he couldn't of been more helpful

    Really nice guy (Andy) at Alan Milne Elgin. Listened to us, made sure he understood what we needed out of a vehicle. Was very honest and knowledgeable. Really easy process. Have used him before and will use again. Wouldn’t change a thing.
