    Poor, this is the third time I’ve been asked to apply blaming mobility for cancelling the previous accepted applications. Was told my car would be ready early February then told as mobility cancelled my order this was no longer possible and they need to reapply.

    Sent a lengthy summary indicating how bad the experience was and how it came about having the car for 2 days. When submitting the site said ooops and crashed deleting the entire complaint. No intention of repeating other than to say this branch and their direct booking office have a disconnect. Poor experience and left without a car overnight. All of which was preventable had they started the job on time
