    After asking to deal with another notability specialist, all went very smoothly. Sophia was lovely and kept me up to date with all information. In collecting the car she was very thorough in explaining the handover and how things worked in the car, even in the pouring rain. I didn't feel rushed or judged like I did with David the first notability specialist I dealt with.
