    Brilliant! My current car is a Kia that I bought 9 years ago. Sadly I’m having to get another car now through mobility and was finding it daunting until I met the lovely Frazer. He is a breath of fresh air. I had made my choice before I even came in but was totally confused by all the different cars that were the same model! He said I know which one will suit your needs more so I’d recommend this one…! So I agreed. It was made so easy. I was in and out in less than an hour! Thankyou Fraser and Kia for yet more outstanding service. #Legends

    I 100% recommend them if you're looking for a car through motability. - All the staff I interacted with were really friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable, and the motability guy was outstanding. Really comfy atmosphere (although they're getting a refit soon, so it might end up being a lot more 'corporate' layout). Downside was no automatic door, but other than that it was well worth the trip through to Inverness. I was there for a few hours, and usually can't manage more than 10 minutes in a busy show room or place before the noise/echoes start to cause me distress. There was even a duck hanging out in the car park! (The canal is close by.)
    - The motability guy, Innes, was genuinely wonderful, it was a pleasure to go through the process with his help (after I decided to go for a car he did pretty much all the work). He was helpful, honest, and had a good sense of humour too. I'm usually really uncomfortable and uneasy in situations like this, but I was quite relaxed. I enjoyed the experience! Unlike other dealerships, I didn't feel like I was being shown cars the dealers wanted to sell instead of than cars that would suit me. It really was about what I needed. I had expected to get another make of car, but I'm so glad I didn't rule Kia out because I'm very happy with my choice now and really looking forward to getting the car.

    Out of this world customer service. The service we have received over a number of years is nothing short of superb. I cannot convey how much I appreciate the support and service from Dicksons of inverness. If I could award them a medal then I would do so. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They are truly amazing
