    The staff were really helpful, but the dealership is hard to get into (no power door, the threshold is too high so I had to turn my chair to go in backwards) and the environment was so loud and bright it caused a migraine that meant I couldn't drive home afterwards. I nearly had a meltdown from the sensory overload and distress. There was no quiet place for an autistic person to wait, it's not at all suitable for neurodiverse people and it was a very distressing environment. The toilet in the 'quieter' MG showroom was not wheelchair accessible (I couldn't stay in the Kia showroom at all, the MG one wasn't as full-on, but it was still excruciatingly bright and loud, and they had BBC radio 2 on, so I ended up hearing really horrible and emotionally distressing things).

    The staff were apologetic and did try to help, I had to go back the following day and didn't have to go in to get my keys so that was a relief, but it would have been so much nicer if there was a quiet, calm area to wait in, if the radio wasn't playing (the news and current affairs discussed are incredibly distressing and I need to have the option to not be exposed to that) and accessibility can definitely be improved.
