    Terrible!
    Absolutely ridiculous.
    Happy with the car.
    But the service is non existent.
    Supposed to come with a tow bar.
    09/01/24 arrived at the showroom to collect the vehicle Only to be told by the sales manager, who took my order, that "I never ordered a tow bar". And he was adamant about it. Basically he was calling me a liar.
    Fortunately I had a witness with me who verified that my order definitely included a tow bar.
    I live very rural, so a tow bar is a must! I am also constantly having to chase my queries (without much success). The sales manager told me that he would contact me with a date to fit said tow bar, seeing as though it was his mistake in the first place, that's the least he could do. But No! and even though I have emailed him several times (without getting any reply) I'm STILL waiting for a tow bar to be fitted. All the sales manager seems to be interested in is getting the sale and nothing else!
    UPDATE 5/02/24::
    He didn't organize the fitting like he said he would. After me having to chase Him for an answer, he just passed me over to a different department to sort it out myself.
    I now have to wait till the middle of March before I get My tow bar fitted. So Now, I have no way of getting the logs I need to fuel my heating through winter. IF the sales manager had done his job, or even kept the confirmation phone appointment prior to collection
    (Just One of 4 phone appointment's that he neglected to keep but didn't cancel) I wouldn't be in this situation. This is a mobility vehicle, he is supposed to be there to help. But All I kept getting from him was excuses about different aspects of his personal life.

    Charlie couldn't of been more helpful. He is a true gentleman. He even picked me up from the bus station during very adverse weather in inverness that day.
    Extremely knowledgeable when showing me round the new car.
    He made the whole process easy and stress free. Kept me up to date from the moment of application right through to me collecting the car.
    The car itself is superb, i love it!
