    Wrong car ordered! Only discovered on day of collection. No updates on status of car since order placed 23/9/21 until we chased it in Feb. Even then it took several emails and telephone calls to get a response. This is my 3rd car from same garage but by far the worst customer service. After initially rejecting car we decided to accept it based on significant waiting times for correct car. Asked to speak with sales manager when I collected as I wanted to provide feedback as I felt there is a process error that allowed this to happen and that all the blame cannot be put on the salesperson. I was made to feel ignored, undervalued and very offended. I am a professional person, working for the NHS and have paid taxes all my working life. I would appreciate being contacted directly by someone of authority in the Harry Fairbairn organisation as I would like to share more detail.
