    Only thing let’s you down is car was booked in for standard service at 10.15am, wasn’t touched until after 3.30pm and I wasn’t contacted until after 5.00pm to say car was ready by which time it was too late for me to collect and I had to leave it overnight. What’s wrong with doing the service at 10.15 or when the car is actually booked in for? Also there’s no facility on the on line booking to request a waiting appointment so cars are there all day for what is a two hour max job.
