    Asked them to check steering as it is heavy at times, they said they found no issues with it.
    Asked them to look at front driver tyre as pressure showing low, they never put air in it although showing low pressure.
    Advised them about window wipers, advised they had none in stock to replace them.
    Asked them to look at lane assist as warning light keeps coming on, we’re told that they never had a mechanic in to look at it.
    If no mechanic who serviced car?
    Felt were poor service, 4 out of the 4 issues we flagged have not been resolved and no further appointment given.

    Paul Kennie made me feel relaxed and confident in choosing my car. When I phoned to make an appointment he asked me if I had seen a car I was interested in. I told him no and that I had mobility issues so I had a couple of requirements in the car. When I arrived at the showroom Paul immediately made me feel at ease. I trusted his knowledge with the cars and I was correct to do so. The car Paul suggested was ideal for my needs. I had taken my 6 year old grandson with me as he loves cars. Paul was patient answering his questions. All the staff in the showroom were kind and helpful with my grandson.
    On collection of my vehicle, my grandson came with me and brought his booster seat. Paul treated my grandson like he was purchasing a new car and made sure he was involved in the process. Paul knew I was nervous as I had never driven automatic before & never had an electric vehicle. He made me feel confident in my ability and told me everything I needed to know. He showed me how to work the dash, where everything in the car was so I had a comfortable driving experience. He explained the charger even allowing my grandson to check he was strong enough to carry the bag to me 🤣
    Paul made the paper work & downloading the apps etc a breeze. It was so simple and straightforward he answered all my questions.
    Thank you so much Paul Kennie for your patience, kindness and support in helping me find my first motability car. Thank you to all the staff in the showroom for helping my grandson and giving him an amazing experience, treating him with respect and kindness. He has already decided I will drive him to Arnold Clark Hyundai in Kilmarnock for his new car when he is big and he will bring his son with him. Thanks to Paul for providing an Arnold Clark bank he has already started saving for his car. The manager overhearing my grandson talk about his wee sister kindly gave a second bank for her to start saving her. Everyone involved in this process at the showroom I thank you so much for giving my grandson & I a thoroughly great car purchase experience. I would recommend Paul and Arnold Clark Hyundai Kilmarnock to everyone. I love my car I have named her Hyacinth and she is so comfortable to drive and exactly what I needed to suit my mobility requirements. Thank you.

    Car was returned with a scrape out the bumper on thr passenger side that was not there prior to going in. I have emailed stating this however had nothing back. Otherwise the service was brill apart from that
