    We were not made to feel welcome at all from the moment we arrived to order the car in March 2024. We were told by the consultant (Cameron) "don't expect to hear from me until your car is in the forecourt in about 3 months". 5 months went by and we genuinely never heard from Cameron, not even an update even though he said we should get the car in 3months. After the 3 months we phoned and asked for an update but he wasn't available and we were told he will call us back. A week went by and no call back. We phoned again and asked to speak with a manager (Ross) who kept us up to date on the arrival of the car and we got booked in to collect the car on 14th Aug. Went to collect the car expecting to deal with the manager but we had to deal with Cameron from March and he was very obviously upset with us and it showed on how unhelpfully he dealt with getting our new car keys. He did not want to serve us and it showed. We literally got the keys handed to us and sent on our way. It's supposed to be an exciting time getting a new car (my first motability car) and we were full of dread and as if we were an inconvenience. It's the summer holidays so we had to bring our 3 children with us and we noticed ourselves that there was a playroom and he never even bothered to tell us or offer that the kids could go in it and left our 3 children sharing 2 chairs in the showroom while we dealt with the paperwork. The whole experience was absolutely dreadful and we definitely won't be dealing with Arnold Clark Peugeot Kilmarnock again
