    10/10 experience. Mark the motability representative was more than helpful and made everything really seamless. It was my first time getting a motability vehicle and from the get go he was so knowledgable, no question from me was ever too much. It was a joy to have him deal with everything.

    Dreadful service, wasn’t finished when I was told to collect, handed keys and told to find it in the car park. Pretty difficult when I’m disabled. Still not completed after 2 phone calls and was called last night and asked to come and collect my car when it was sitting outside my house. Truly awful experience.
