    Just out of hospital and they we’re was forcing me too get car. For MOT only 7 000 miles in 3 years and I’ve got to pay for not a good car I don’t like or want12 weeks I’ve been on my back and now weeks of serious pain ! .. after removal of kidney Stones ALSO now I need an automatic car 8 mnth wait so have to have my daughter on hand to drive this is rubbish…

    My car was booked in for MOT and service at 9.30am. At 13.54 I received a text saying my car was going through the service process. As I had heard nothing by 16.30 I phoned the garage to be told my car was still going through its service. I phoned back at 5.15 to be told it wasn’t getting a service now and that they would phone me when it was ready to be collected and as they left at 5.30 I could collect my keys at the main reception. I usually get good service from Arnold Clark, but I’m afraid not impressed with them this time.
