    Went into Volkswagen Arnold Clark told them it was a mobility car someone then called me twice to ask why I wasn't paying for the work that needed done explained again that it was a mobility car and then someone called to say what work was needing done which was a new tyre and window wiper to but when I collected the car they said mobility did not authorise the work to be completed felt very stressed all day regarding this matter.

    I am very happy with car. Service was the best I had from my previous experience. Myself I am Deaf and I was using ‘ sign live’ to use interpreter with iPad for communication. Connor was understanding and patience. Overall was straight forward, ver comfortable and satisfied. Thank you
