In the past I had used a different car company and they got in touch with me to arrange services and MOT. Your organisation leave it to the disabled person to try and remember when the services etc are due. Some disabled people have brain impairment so can’t remember what they did a few seconds ago. I feel you should change your system and put disabled people into the system as soon as they leave the forecourt and their services will be flagged up right away.
