    Terrible from start to finish . Supposed to be there to pick up car at 1pm. This was after a few issues leading up to picking it up….,,,,Silvia called
    At 12 to say there was
    Be a delay as the car wasn’t valeted . We told her that because of children and work issues it had to be at the agreed time and that it was fine to take car as is . She said she would talk to the manager and we told her we were on our way. I missed a call from the same number 10 mins later and I assumed they would call Ian who is the preferred contact but no one did. We turned up for a 1 pm appointment to be told by manager Edward that he had called me after the missed call and left a voicemail message that the car would not be ready . I informed him that this was an untruth and that I had NO other missed call and NO voicemail. I was I admit very angry at being lied to as he inferred it was maybe an issue with my phone which I found totally patrionising and told him that lying to me was BS. He then started yelling loudly at me threatening that he would stop me getting the car altogether, pull the sale and would put me out !!!!! I was visibly upset and my son in law just suggested we rush through hhis, ignore him and get home. Edward then went into the forecourt shouting ‘ where is Sylvia ‘ who was supposed to do our paperwork but had disappeared . Edward only then agreed to get the car delivered to us ….A young man called Michael finalised the paperwork and we left as soon as we could. I was called later 30th by Sylvia who asked how my experience was! She told me that she didnt have a good afternoon either and that Edward was stressed because it was the end of his sales month! This call I hope is recorded ! Never again will I step foot in that place !!!!!’
