    Great service from all the staff .. the girls on reception the service engineer all top class . My biggest concern is the yard . There is far to many cars crammed into a small yard . If I hadn’t managed to get the only disabled space available I’d have had to exit the yard and parked somewhere in the street which is very unprofessional. From the moment you turn into Arnold Clark’s yard from the main road it’s like a rat run . Any older customers would simply struggle to negotiate getting in and out . Far to many vehicles abandoned anywhere..

    Unfortunately this is our first time using this service, the car provided as a courtesy car was far smaller than my own car and this was highly unsuitable for my needs, extremely difficult getting in and out. This should of been thought of considering it’s a mobility car that was coming in to be serviced.
    To me like for like re size or a bit bigger but never smaller- Nothing here was considered for my needs..
    Also when everything was arranged outwith via call centre we were ment to have our car valeted as well this did not happen:-
    So no I’m not happy with both the call centre nor the garage as both did not consider a person using a mobility car nor am I happy that what was given in the run down of what’s happening going forward the valeting got lost as communication between call centre and garage was not good enough..

    Thank you for your review, Heather. Each of our branches only has a small number of courtesy cars available and unfortunately, we are not able to provide a like for like vehicle. I'm sorry we were unable to meet your expectations here.
    In regards to the valet, we'd normally wash the car and vacuum the front footwells. I apologise if this has not been carried out. Please feel free to give us a call at the branch, we'll be more than happy to arrange for this to be done.
