- Rating 1.0Feb 17, 2025Awful experience with clerk Kristen Aikman, Brook was on her teabreak at the time so Kristen reluctantly tried to book me in.
She said the car would be ready about 4 or 5pm. I said it's supposed to be a waiting app and she said no it's not.
I explained again that the girl that booked it confirmed it was a waiting app as I am disabled and can't wait all day.
She said your are wrong and it's impossible for you to have been given a waiting app.
I said I can't believe you are calling me a liar and left.
No one phoned me to say the car was ready, I turned up at 4.55pm and the car was in the car park, unwashed and not vaccumed.
I spoke to Brook and asked for my keys as I had to get home as was ill having to wait all day.
