    Nick was brilliant from start to finish! He explained the process thoroughly but didn’t take years to get the job done. He gave me ample updates about my car, and was always happy to speak to me.When the car arrived, he showed me the controls and how to link up my phone. I had just about 101 questions but Nick was patient and polite! Thank you so much, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Very polite, always kept me updated on my car. Even called me after I collected the car to make sure everything was okay. Showed me how to use the touchscreen to change settings. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

    Service dept were fine with my MOT, however when i got my car back there was sweet wrappers on my passenger footwell, I had a affirmation keyring and a trolley token that both brought by my daughter both were taken, I have painful spine and my seat was reclined right back, and lowered and the steering wheel was moved. And i had a sponge to wipe my window but they had used it to try and clean my car which wasnt really done, all they did was moved some dust around
    So i will go to a different dealership next time ss i am due to change my car after Christmas
