    It was a little daunting for me deciding to become part of the scheme and booking the appointment, however from the very first time I spoke with James Mugukin, I felt as ease, he was so patient and kind and nothing seemed to much trouble. He was happy to explain again anything I didn’t understand and made sure I fully understood. Actually all the staff at JCB was polite and friendly. Really putting me at ease and made the process feel fun and exciting.
    Again when I collected the car James made sure I understood all the terms and conditions, servicing, break down cover etc . And spent time to show me everything in the car, this ensured I drove away with confidence, even excited. My experience was a positive one from start to finish
