    They made the whole process easy, straight forward and enjoyable. They took the time to understand my disability and understood my needs and what I needed in my car from adaptations, accessibility and controls. They spent the whole day with me and didn’t rush the process and explained everything clearly. I was anxious about how stressful it would be getting a new car but this was the best car experience I have ever had (with motability and prior pcp). I’m not only excited to receive my new car but also happy that my new car is through this particular garage as I know future services and mots will be stress free and easy. I can’t thank them enough for being so understanding and accommodating of my needs and making this such a great experience.

    The MOT and service provided was good and I have no complaints with the garage. The reason for a low score is the decision to start charging £49 for collection. For 30 years this has been free and is essential as the garage are unable to provide a replacement car with hand controls. The total time taken was 4 hours which would mean sitting in the reception all that time. I thought motability were about helping disabled people but this just adds another obstacle in an already difficult life. According to garage its motability that changed things and won't pay this charge. Whoever made this decision is clearly only concerned about money and not how difficult it is for a disabled person.

    It was a really good handover, and was made welcome by everyone I came in to contact with, I loved how they kept it covered and then the big reveal, never got that with our previous dealer. Would highly recommend John Smith to anyone who asks me about who to see about a new car.

    When I visited I had John he was very welcoming and helpful and got my car sorted the same day would definitely recommend them made sure we didn’t go thirsty and kept offering a drink very lovely people
