    Lewis was amazing from start to finish! I was unsure on what I wanted although I knew I wanted a Hyundai. Lewis went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and the exact colour. When I went to collect my car he explained everything I could possibly need to know about the car and set up a lot of the things for me too. I highly recommend Vertu Banbury and 100% Lewis thank you for finding my family the perfect car to help get our daughter around safely!

    They went above and beyond when I couldn’t have the car I originally wanted as the price of the deposit had gone up by £800. So with their help I chose another. However they rang yesterday to say the car had been damaged beyond repair at the port so now have had to sort out another car. They have been very good though.

    Booked in day before. Arrived at designated time. Sat and waited for three hours, until the car was done. No updates during wait. Car was fine after MOT.

    I visited the Hyundai branch at Banbury but was unsure at first so went back a second time and got the information I needed.Calum gave me the opportunity for a second test drive which went extremely well and reassured me with every aspect of the cars performance. On collecting the car Calum picked me up from the train station as I was coming from Birmingham and stated the car had almost a full tank of petrol for me to get home without stopping for refuling The experience I received from Calum at the Banbury branch is one of exceptional customer care service. Highly recommended.
