    when we arrived it was very busy but was seen as quick as they could. The lady we dealt with was lovely and we agreed not to wait as wasn’t in a rush. Car came back nice and clean and pick up was great

    It’s great that the car was collected and returned, but, the fault on the wipers wasn’t correctly fixed and will have to be resolved another day because it wasn’t checked.
    In addition we received copious phone calls reminding us and emails about the date for service. While I understand that you want to make sure customers don’t forget, it was a bit of overkill.
    In addition we have received yet another phone call today telling us the car needs servicing. I explained it had already been done. I think there is a problem with your software not updating somewhere.

    The whole process was fantastic, we were kept in the loop with regular updates, Zsolt explained everything and was incredibly helpful and patient with my daughter..
