    Extremely happy with the service I received I didn’t have an appointment. Went to have a browse at the car that I was extremely interested in they made time for me even have time to take me on a test drive no appointment necessary. We done all the paperwork. Donna was lovely and so was a couple of other people that we spoke to.

    The Andrew the gentleman in charge of Motability in Basingstoke Group One Ford was absolutely fantastic. He was ever so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. If you are in the area and looking for a Ford. I couldn't rate him higher. I am changing from a manual petrol Puma to a Gen-E automatic and the amount of information he told me was so useful.     I do not find Basingstoke Ford helpful.
    They are always waiting on Motability’s answer to go ahead with something and it takes time and then means we are without a wheelchair access vehicle:
    We never get the complimentary clean.
    I feel that Motability customers are not valued and they roll their eyes when I say it’s Motability
