    Amazing. I've had five mobility cars, but this experience was way better than any other.. staff were amazing and a great laugh..

    Excellent customer service received, we chose a new dealer this time for our vehicle and was very pleased with the whole experience. The salesman was very patient with us and explained everything that we needed to know about the process and the vehicle, we were kept informed the whole step of the way.We were not rushed on choosing and collecting the vehicle and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Would highly recommend the dealer, excellent service.

    Excellent couldn’t ask for more.
    Connor was so very helpful as this was all new to me.
    He took care and talked us through everything we needed to know.
    I have chosen a metallic grey puma which is perfect. Connor expressed his like for exactly the same car in the same colour so given how good this member of staff is at his job maybe you could let him have the same when his car is upgraded he certainly deserves it. He has a calm Manner which I love as I can’t stand pushy people. He kept his word on everything he promised which to me is very important. Many Thanks Connor.

    I picked up my very first mobility car in basingstoke with my husband I adore my new car and the staff at the car place are super friendly and professional people and even if you know nothing about cars like me they will help to explain things and make it less scary. All in all I wish I could give them more stars

    Lovely pleasant staff but very long wait - much greater than the 2 hours (plus 30 mins for wash) agreed! Very cold sitting around for so long. WiFi not very stable so hard to work.

    I had a great experience of collecting my new motability car. I can't thank Jason and Connor and Vince for their help explaining everything step by step. The handover was very good Connor explaining what all the different controls were. The paper work was extremely painless. I highly recommend Group 1 Ford Basingstoke for all you're Motability needs.     I went to Group 1 Basingstoke for help with my Motability car. The Sales Executive & the Manager are extremely helpful and very Knowledgeable. They talk you through the whole process.
