    First of all on arriving they gave my loan to someone else and I had to wait around, I ended up being late for work

    I arrived just after 6pm and they said they would go get my car, after sitting there for 20 minutes I still had no car but no one said anything. Waited a bit longer for then someone to tell me they can’t find my car keys! So can you tell me how you lose car keys?

    The only option I was given was to go home with the loan car and we will figure out something tomorrow and tbh I don’t think that’s a suitable solution when my car is also a motability car..

    The guy that was dealing with me was more worried about leaving to go get his own car that was having an MOT while I was stood there without my own car.. I always heard him shouting down the phone to a family member while he was still on the shop floor so that’s not exactly professional is it?

    After this I won’t be paying for the air conditioning service I added on since someone is incapable at looking after someone else’s car keys

    There was initially a mix up with vehicle I was meant to be getting. But with some chasing, another one of higher spec was sourced. All people involved were courteous and helpful. Only comment is to keep customer informed regularly if things change.
