    Serviced my car but it still failed mot on tyres! Would not let me drive it home. Never kept me informed the next day then phoned me at 4.15 and told me to pick it up in our hour! There are no buses to the dealership and I’m disabled! No managers on site but after I was reduced to tears someone got my car delivered to me. Very poor service

    Very good service and friendly manner . Having completed our purchase I have to say I am extremely happy with the whole transaction. Adie the salesman took plenty of time to explain the differences in the operation of the new car compared to my existing car which are the same make and model. It was also reassuring to get a call from him today.

    Charging £22:50 for insurance on a courtesy car is unreasonable. In fact this is the first time at any dealership that I have been charged. The dealership had promised me an automatic vehicle but on the day it was a manual. The courtesy car was so low that getting in and out was laborious.
    The quality of the service appears to be okay. The dealership now has 50% of its showroom space dedicated to motorbikes which somehow seems to devalue customer experience and expectations.

    Brilliant customer service friendly helpful staff apart from the women who phoned customers checking they are bringing the car in the next day! She needs to read before she phones the customer! Highly recommend this dealership in every way!

    There was a mixup,my car was booked by call centre with courtesy car but it was not on dealership system! Whilst annoying they were really helpful and rebooked for the following day and arranged to pick up and deliver car back to me. They were very apologetic.
