- Rating 3.0Nov 19, 2024My car was in for service, I waited 2 hours which isn’t a problem, however I was disappointed to learn after 2 hours that the recall on my HRV. Plus not be done as Honda forgot to tell me I needed to take both keys with me. I know have to take my car back.

Sadly, Adie wasn’t working the day that I wanted to collect my vehicle so he kindly arranged for his colleague to complete the handover with me, instead. Never kept me informed the next day then phoned me at 4.15 and told me to pick it up in our hour! There are no buses to the dealership and I’m disabled! No managers on site but after I was reduced to tears someone got my car delivered to me. - Rating 3.0Oct 28, 2022Charging £22:50 for insurance on a courtesy car is unreasonable. In fact this is the first time at any dealership that I have been charged. The dealership had promised me an automatic vehicle but on the day it was a manual. The courtesy car was so low that getting in and out was laborious.
The quality of the service appears to be okay.
