    Absolutely fantastic on went in to see what options were available didn’t expect to try mobility pushchair in a car and and up purchasing, but I did. Answered all my question I had a made me feel heard and listened too. Having 3 children with a disability we had to make sure it would be good for all. I felt I got that from all team, from receptionist to management, even service team were polite and welcoming

    Nice person dealing with handover but the car was dirty in all the wrong places. Although they had run a water blaster on the outside and the inside looked clean, my overall impression was “dirty”.
    If you look in all the “old” places that you inspect on second hand cars - they were very grotty with “old” silt and dirt. The top hinges on the rear tailgate we’re discussing! The door sills (all four) were dripping with a waxy residue. Even after they took the car away to try and clean it it came back still not a new car (dirty). When I lifted the bonnet, after the new clean, it was still covered in mud & dust and the tray below the windscreen had leaves and twigs in it.
    It has affected how I view this car!
    Very disappointed!!!
