    They took almost 3 hours to do an mot, but didn’t tell me it would be that long, I was sat waiting: freezing cold. They didn’t even come to tell me the result of what happened. I had to ask after waiting for so long. It failed because they couldn’t access the back seatbelts. I said just move the seat cover? They said they can’t. In really cont understand to be honest.

    From the first enquiry - which was via email, to the first test drive I felt comfortable with Alhena at SEAT Reading.

    Alhena was very respectful, and didn’t make feel like I was being pressured into choosing a certain car - she went with the flow and listened which was really nice.

    I had test driven a couple of other cars - with other companies, and felt I hadn’t been listened to. I was also made to feel that because I was on the motability scheme and not buying one, that I was looked down on - it put me off from choosing elsewhere as this happened at a couple of other dealerships, and some not even following up emails or calls I made.

    If anyone wishes to choose a motability vehicle, to be treated respectfully and with out pressure I would highly recommend SEAT at Emmer Green, Reading and ask for Alhena.
