    Joseph Reidy was absolutely brilliant. I went to the dealership believing I knew what car I wanted for my Son’s needs and I was very adamant about that. Joseph said it was his job to go through all the options with me, and to be fair I was pretty dismissive. We went through the options. Joseph asked if I had considered an EV and I said no I was very sceptical. He listened to my Son’s needs and is as a family, and our AP budget, he then suggested I test drive the id4. I said ok but wa sure I wouldn’t like it. I test drove it and loved it. Joseph did his job way above and beyond what I would have expected.
