    Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was informative & took the time to go through each of the steps in a clear & easy to understand format. He dealt with a couple of little hiccups professionally & swiftly leaving us feeling like valued customers. On handover day he went through the controls thoroughly but without overloading with extraneous information. Tim called me after a couple of days to check how things were going & reinterate that if there were any questions he’d be happy to assist. I’m really happy with the whole experience & would definitely recommend Tim & the team at Trident Honda Ottershaw as 5 star!
