    The whole experience was great. Alan the sales man at bmw gatwick counld not do enough for us. He answered all our questions and was very professional, he went above and beyond and was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I would highly recomend them.

    We attended on two separate occasions. We were greeted by friendly reception staff each time. We were escorted to a comfy seating area to wait for the salesman and offered refreshments.
    The salesman ‘Alan’ was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the electrical vehicle we enquired about. He took the time to explain and show us the many features on the car in question. He arranged a test drive for the next day and even arranged for us to view a car with the colour we were choosing so we could view it up close (not just on the computer) .
    We are extremely satisfied with the service Alan provided and are indeed grateful to him for all of his help. Well done Alan, we look forward to seeing you again when we come to collect our new car!

    They told me the service would take 2 hours and that was how long it took - just under in fact. Chairs could have been a bit more comfortable though for those people who wait for car’s service.
