    Was a very smooth transition, Billy was attentive, polite, kind and understanding. He explained everything well and made sure I was happy before we completed the handover. The little extras of unveiling the car was also lovely. My son loved helping pull the cloth off the car to reveal it. Would definitely recommend Dartford Mercedes for any car needs

    I can’t express how helpful and supportive Justas Lileikis was. From the moment I enter the door Justas made me feel welcome and valued. He took time to listen to my needs and preferences. At no time I ever felt rushed or pressured, he was very patient and ensured to give me all the knowledge before I left. He explained all my options clearly. What stood out the most was how seamlessly and stressfree the process was. He definitely handled everything effectively. Everyone went above and beyond. I’m very happy from this service and and very grateful.

    Really sorry, but this experience really wasn’t great.

    They returned the car to me, but the recall, which was mentioned, when I dropped the car, still hasn’t been. The week also hasn’t been actioned.

    So the car now need to go back to them another day. I left a message on Thursday when I pick the car up and I still haven’t heard back from anybody.

    I booked my car in for a service six weeks ago - I also had a reminder phone call that they were collecting my car on the Monday I mentioned the service and they said it was only booked in for its MOT - NO it was booked in for a service and MOT??? They took the car did the MOT and then rung me to say its service was due in 6 days time??!!!!!!!! I said that is why they had the car!!!!! It had been booked in 6 weeks prior?!!!!! What sort of organization are you running????? Dreadful dreadful service no care taken at all???????

    Excellent customer service. I was taken ill and unable to return my courtesy car and collect my car the following day. It was no problem and I picked my car up this morning following a full service. Freshly cleaned inside and out and ready to go. The staff were completely understanding.

    Mercedes picked up the car at my flat and completed the service. There was just one thing that was not completed during the service. They did not change the gear box oil as they they had non in stock. So Mercedes will contact me again to pick up the car for the oil change. Then I would like to give them 5 points.
