    I booked my car in for a service six weeks ago - I also had a reminder phone call that they were collecting my car on the Monday I mentioned the service and they said it was only booked in for its MOT - NO it was booked in for a service and MOT??? They took the car did the MOT and then rung me to say its service was due in 6 days time??!!!!!!!! I said that is why they had the car!!!!! It had been booked in 6 weeks prior?!!!!! What sort of organization are you running????? Dreadful dreadful service no care taken at all???????

    Excellent customer service. I was taken ill and unable to return my courtesy car and collect my car the following day. It was no problem and I picked my car up this morning following a full service. Freshly cleaned inside and out and ready to go. The staff were completely understanding.

    Mercedes picked up the car at my flat and completed the service. There was just one thing that was not completed during the service. They did not change the gear box oil as they they had non in stock. So Mercedes will contact me again to pick up the car for the oil change. Then I would like to give them 5 points.

    Nice dealership but it’s way to big for there stock empty offices and resection desk maned by scruffy
    staff.
    Very disappointed with Mercedes Benz not doing mobility any more with no valid explanation.
    Hope new management turn it around but your still worth five stars for the three pointed star.

    The warning notice is left on with messages to take the car for service ever time I start the car. Obvious indication that quality check was not done before the car was returned to me.

    There are no signs of any work done. My car is still showing the warning signs for servicing. I don’t think they do quality check of any work done. I am going to have to call and book another appointment to have the car reset so I don’t see the warning message. Poor service.
