They returned the car to me, but the recall, which was mentioned, when I dropped the car, still hasn’t been. The week also hasn’t been actioned.

- Rating 1.0Nov 15, 2023I booked my car in for a service six weeks ago - I also had a reminder phone call that they were collecting my car on the Monday I mentioned the service and they said it was only booked in for its MOT - NO it was booked in for a service and MOT??? They took the car did the MOT and then rung me to say its service was due in 6 days time??!!!!!!!! I said that is why they had the car!!!!! It had been booked in 6 weeks prior?!!!!! What sort of organization are you running????? Dreadful dreadful service no care taken at all???????

It was no problem and I picked my car up this morning following a full service. Freshly cleaned inside and out and ready to go. The staff were completely understanding.

- Rating 4.0May 19, 2023Mercedes picked up the car at my flat and completed the service. There was just one thing that was not completed during the service. They did not change the gear box oil as they they had non in stock. So Mercedes will contact me again to pick up the car for the oil change. Then I would like to give them 5 points.
