I had wonderful experience at Caffyns Volvo Eastbourne, this was the first time I’ve had a motability car I wasn’t sure what to expect but any anxieties I had were put at ease when I met Siraj he has been amazing through the whole process. On collection of the car he sat with myself and my husband for ages and went through everything inside the car, I’m glad he suggested videoing the set up of the car incase I need to refresh my memory! I’m normally highly anxious in new unknown settings but Siraj almost saw that and kept everything calm and just listened to what I needed and then came up with realistic suggestions. I’m so happy with the car without sounding dramatic it’s going to be life changing for me.
