    Extremely disappointed. I booked a courtesy car which I expected to be manual like mine but I was told that the manual car was out so I had to have an automatic which I do not have much experience of driving. When I got in the car it had absolutely no petrol so I was told to go over to the petrol station to put some in before going anywhere. I have many medical problems so this is not so easy for me as it may be for some. When I took the car back the petrol was showing at 50 miles to empty but I did not get offered reimbursement. Overall a very disappointing experience.
