- Rating 2.0Jul 26, 2023I had a major issue the week before when calling BMW and asking to confirm my service appointment. They told me I did not have my car booked un for a service and that the best they could do was send me to Hi head for my MOT and Service, it was not until I asked to speak to a manager after 25 min arguing with the individual that they found my booking on a other system, not good customer service! In addition, when a was sorted and I took my car in for it’s service no communication was received throughout the entire day and I had to call for an update, apparently the wrong Mobile number was on the system, which is strange because I have not changed my mobile number in 20 years and previous appointments with the same service centers did not have any issues, very strange and also concerning. These experiences have not been good ones and have confirmed that the purchase of a new series 2 BMW are probably now out of the question, we have a test drive tomorrow but think that BMW customer service have declined and probably made our decision not to purchase this new BMW that was the plan, a real shame BMW Customer Service, it’s not just about the car it’s also how we are treated, hope this feedback is useful to you?Response from Group 1 BMW FarnboroughAug 4, 2023Good afternoon David, thank you for your feedback were very sorry the booking process of your journey through Group 1 Farnborough was not seamless as expected.
