However Tom Husband the salesperson did his best to keep me updated along with Adam the salesmanager that tried to find an alternative car. All the staff were really nice to me, and on 2 separate occasions I was asked if I'd like a drink by 2 gentlemen who work at Ford. Well the sales person Tom Husband was a breath of freash air. He understood my situation and showed some sympathy amd to top that he found me a car and called me back to offer two options. I went and viewed one of the options met with Tom and did the deal. I am now collecting my car on Friday. - Rating 5.0Jun 15, 2022My visit was very pleasant yesterday, from when I asked the lady at the desk, to make sure the workshop knew I was waiting for my car in the waiting area, to my car being brought to me right outside the door. The lady at the desk checked on the system, and assured me that the workshop knew I was waiting. I got a video sent to me while I was waiting, showing me that a Health Check had been carried out on my car. When the lady came and told me my car was ready, she saw I was using a crutch, and went and got my car for me, and brought it to right outside the door.
