Anas was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the Audi brand; he took the time to answer all of our questions patiently and made sure we understood every detail about the car’s features. Rudi, processed all the documentation making sure we understood everything, guiding us through the process with efficiency and kindness which made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant.
Both Rudi and Anas’ professionalism and enthusiasm made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and it truly made a difference. The dealership itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone we encountered was friendly and happy to help.
