    I rang for service reception, because I was hoping that someone would come to my car, in order to help me take the wheelchair from my car; unfortunately, there was no reply after four minutes, so I gave up, despite the fact that there were two receptionists in view- apparently, they have nothing to do, when it comes to service - that’s a different receptionist! Absolutely nuts! Eventually, I asked a passer-by to help me, who could just about understand English, and I managed to get to reception in time for the MOT. I’m not impressed by the reception, I couldn’t drive to the front door, because there was a charity run, and there were bollards blocking the entrance; I can understand you may wish to partake in raising funds for charity, but you should remember, at the same time, that you are running a business, not a charity. Without the business, there could be no charitable contribution.
    Otherwise, the experience was fine. I just wonder what all those managers do, other than sit around in their offices, especially the one who observed me going to the loo in my wheelchair, presumably knowing that to open the disabled loo door would require a great deal of strength, since it is on a spring which makes it terribly difficult to keep open as you enter; similarly, there is a problem when you exit, in keeping the door from closing.
    I’ve said enough, but if this problem is symptomatic of other issues in the business, I hope that someone in a position of responsibility sees this submission, otherwise I’ve wasted my time! Here’s hoping, because it’s worth saving.
