    The service at Maidstone Audi was amazing, which I had the pleasure of working along side Elise to find the best suitable car for me.
    Elise was happy to answer any questions I had and she kept me updated every step of the way from the moment I ordered the car to the moment I left the dealership.
    When the vehicle was ready to be handed over, Elise made sure I was comfortable enough and talked me through everything around the car which is important.

    Katie was lovely and the service of the team was as normal fantastic.The loan car which i had last wk for a recall (and was immaculate) was this week absolutely filthy inside, rubbish in the compartments alongwith drivers door, muddy carpets in all footwells, finger prints on the console, windscreen wash empty,filthy rear seats. I took it as i had to get to work,but i took photos as well. I showed these to Katy who took it straight in to be cleaned after apologising when i went back to collect mine ... which looked amazing !!!

    Was a good service but I ordered a car while mine was being worked on and when I got to the garage they told me there was no car available. Would have been good if you called me the day before to let me know. Also really disappointed that you longer offer car pick up from my house, as a disabled person this was really used and when I come to choose my next car I doubt will pick Audi if this still stands

    Made to wait 15 mins to drop keys off for a simple oil change, a meeting with rep not required for something that simple just drop keys off and go ....in the end we gave to the receptionist. Was told we couldn't pick up after 1pm as you were closing and barriers would be up..imagine our surprise when at around 2.30pm dealership still open and no barriers up ....

    The car service was handled really well, by Chloe.
    Just a small minor detail, was over looked.

    The loan car had “0 miles” petrol? Which was extremely scary, as we are new to the area, and near a motorway. Had no clue, where there would be a near by petrol station.
    But they sent a team member, to put petrol for us. Apart from this, the service was very good.

    Ohh also, just to quickly mention, one of the receptionist, when I took our car in for the service and a small replacement part and paint job.

    This receptionist said, oh she (Chloe) is not at her desk, but I knew she was with another customer 👍 (So no problem) the receptionist said, so you can sit behind the reception desk (it’s out of sight to the receptionist desk) and wait there for Chloe.

    While I waited for the chloe, who was going to deal with our booking.

    The same receptionist, brought round another gentleman, sat him down, and made him a coffee 😳😳😳
    Sadly in this case, yes I have darker skin.
    So the thought of seeing her, being so nice to another (white) customer.

    ………… Sadly, Is it me? Or her? …………
    I thought every customer, is treated with the sale level of (good) service!
    This left a bitter taste in my mind, Sadly!

    My background is from the highest of levels management on customer service, in Knightsbridge, therefore maybe I’m a little sensitive?
    I don’t think so, I’m far too experienced!
