    Told me would be about hour and half..went in at 2pm not done until 4.45pm ! Long wait

    Car took longer than advised so was left with a very uncomfortable courtesy car. The courtesy car I was supposed to have wasn’t returned in time & there was no other suitable car available. I was given a car from the workshop which was absolutely filthy!! I’ve taken photos but the car had the cup holder fill of orange peel. There was sawdust & what appeared to be rabbit pellets all over the floors. The back seats were covered in biscuit crumbs and it was just disgusting

    Not at all good . Got to garage at 08.30 for the cars service. The curtesy car they gave me was a small car and Manuel. When I phoned I asked for a high car and automatic because of my wife's condition . I took the car and. My wife was not happy as she could not get into the car because of her back condition and her knees
    So had to stay in and not use the car . I phoned to see how long our car was going to take as my wife had a hospital appointment . The person said the car has only gone in so my wife had to cancel hr appointment .
    I had no phone call to say the car was ready . So I got to premiers around 5pm and asked if the car was ready and explained the situation . The person said there was nothing on the oaper work for a high car and automatic. Also when I said my was not happy that she had to cancel her appointment as it was an important one . The person just just laughed and half heartily said sorry .
    I was not at all happy with the service given by Premier. To cap it all I had to wait as they were still earning on the car when I was there

    Arranged the service a week before. Turned up on the agreed day and was told they had it booked in on a date in November. Not good service at all. They said vthey would squeeze me as if i should be grateful .
