    Very positive, they had a courtesy car waiting for me and when I went to collect my car after they had serviced it they had hoovered it for me.

    My Experience of Premier MG, Selecting and Collecting my New MG was 1st Class and I could not fault the help I received from Dan, lovely cup of coffee while I was filling out the paperwork etc. very courteous, Dan had also produced a video of all the functions in the front of the car, at my disposal and telling me what they are and where to find them in the menu which is really helpful, which he had sent to my email, so that I would know about before collecting. Easy Access. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I have just placed my 2nd Motability order with this garage, having a brilliant experience again. Dan was very informative on the cars features and helpful test drive. The ordering process was made smooth and easy by completing the details on the Motability site first before going to the showroom, Dan was the able to pick that information up and complete the order. Dan was especially helpful in getting information on the price of a boot hoist.
    Customer service was great with coffee included.
