    Ozzy was brilliant did everything he could to sort out motability adaptions teams. He was always happy and willing to help with any queries I had. He keep me updated as much as he could in regards to the car status and the adaptions teams ect. Really happy. Handover was brilliant ozzy was very understanding of my circumstances and that I had to come and go during the day for appointments, then when I did arrive back he was more than happy to take me for test drive show me the car teach me about the car ect. He always had a smile on his face and was always understanding and took things at my pace with the car. 100% to ozzy
