    Bad experience and bad service.
    I had issue with my new brand-new EV car after one day from having it from the Kia dealer.
    I took it next day to Kia service in Oxford, the service manager, his name is Matt as I believe, Said that they can look at the car after two weeks, and I can either leave the car with them and come back to pick it up pick it up after two weeks after they complete the check and the service or I can drive the car off and bring it back after two weeks for checking. he did not bother himself to do a quick check to see whether the car is drivable or not. He did not care if I’m putting myself my kids or others at risk by driving my car with its issue. he ignored my disability and did not offer any support to book a taxi to get to back home.

    The service team were lovely and organised a courtesy car for the day. However, they sent me away saying they do not put Ad-Blue in cars, despite it being very low and I told them Motability told me the day before that Ad-Blue was included in the Motability lease package. I found this very disappointing and I called them back the next day to tell them it is written on the Motability website that they do supply Ad-Blue and customers can get it from their dealers!
