    I was worried that as a motability customer I would be treated as a lower grade of customer. This was completely wrong. Ash took the time to check stock levels to help me avoid a 5-6 month wait time. Nice long test drive and the offer of a cup of tea while he done all the paperwork. Very straightforward and easy process, in and out with an order form in my hand within the hour. As a first time motab customer I was very impressed.

    We thankyou for the excellent customer service given by Phil Connell.
    Phil made my son and myself very welcome to Marshall Audi Oxford,explaining everything well,we had a very good test drive,Phil made us both feel at ease and comfortable driving an automatic car especially as I have not driven for a year and my last car was a manual and the first time for my son in automotive car.

    I had to ask for the 4 tyres to be changed even tho two had nails in, and 3 needed changing very soon due to tread.
    Then after two days I get car back, 12.5 hours later I get two texts to say the (other) two unresolved issues the car has are now URGENT, and have to be done within 4 days.
    As the car is a Motability car at end of 3 year lease isn’t it obvious that cost isn’t an issue and that any issues should be dealt with straight away.
