    Excellent personal service with loan car supplied. I will miss Snows as BMW no longer have a car on the scheme that suits me. Have had to go elsewhere. Thanks to Snows and BMW for the last 4 years.

    Very poor!! Vehicle booked in some weeks before, specifically to get new seatbelt fitted. They had not even ordered the seatbelt so have to wait again to book car in. Not good at all
