- Rating 2.0Oct 21, 2024The dealership is full of very friendly staff who greeted me, helped me and kept me warm with some lovely cups of coffee. They are a credit to BMW.
Before the booking, i had asked for the collect/drop-off service, but the dealership said this is no longer offered. I instead had to go to the dealership and wait; this wasn’t a problem, just disappointing that it was my only option.
The building is not accessible - the automatic door is broken and has been broken every time I have visit for the last 4 years. For this reason I can’t give more than 2 stars, entry relies on pushing a very heavy door or waiting and hoping for someone to see you, to then help open the door.
The car was serviced and a recalled part changed. The dealership asked if I wanted my car cleaned, which I said yes to. The outside was washed very well. The inside was hoovered but not wiped, thus dust and dirt remained in the car.
Overall, the car is working and is safe for me, which is my priority, but there is room for improvement at the dealership in terms of accessibility and Motability.Response from Snows BMW PortsmouthOct 28, 2024Hello Linzi.
