    Friendly , Polite , very helpful, can’t praise them enough. Waiting time was kept to a minimum. Will hopefully be getting my next mobility car with snows. They treat you with respect on your level and not with an air of aloofness. Which I’ve experienced with other dealerships.

    All ok apart from having the wrong number plate fitted on the car compared to the actual number registered with dvla. The infotainment system when connected to apple car play if you select to listen to radio it plays radio for about 2 seconds but then goes back to apple car play so you have to disconnect apple car play to listen to the radio so if a call comes in you cannot answer through the car play you have to register through the coms settings unless you know different?

    Great customer service, great feedback as receive a ‘visual inspection’ video link by text showing the underside of the car while it is up on the ramp. Car was also given clean/wash when handed back. V. satisfied overall 🙂
