From test driving the car and giving me all the information I needed to know to order the car, was a seamless process you can tell Lee is experienced in and is an incredible asset for Audi and Motability. He kept me updated throughout the building phase of my car via email and phone calls, told when it would be shipped then all of a sudden collection is here and Lee made that process easy and comforting and is so friendly and easy to talk to and felt so very comfortable talking to him and having him handling all my information and exchange.
